We offer two premium laundry services: Service Wash, and Wash and Press. The Service Wash is one of our most popular laundry services, and involves a machine wash, tumble dry, and fold. In a Wash and Press service, all items are machine washed, ironed, and returned to you on hangers - blankets, tablecloths and curtains will be returned to you folded.

ihateironing provides two professional laundry services: Service Wash and Wash & Press.
WASH AND PRESS
All items will be machine washed, ironed and returned to you on hangers with the exception of blankets, tablecloths and curtains which will be returned to you folded. Our wash and press service is currently available for shirts, blouses, pillow cases, bed sheets, duvets, jeans and pajamas.
The prices of a wash & press service are calcualted per item.
SERVICE WASH
Our Laundry Service Wash is one of our most popular laundry services in New York and involves a machine wash, tumble dry and fold. We kindly ask our customers to check all pockets before handing over their items and to separate their whites from colors in order to prevent any damage.
Please note that we do not air-dry our items. Customers should ensure that any items given for service wash can be machine washed and tumble dried.
The prices of a service wash are calcualated by total weight of the items you hand over.
BEDDING AND DUVET LAUNDRY
Love the smell of fresh bed linen? So do we! Here at ihateironing duvets and bed linen are amongst our most popular items for laundry.
We offer a bed set laundry service for single, double, and king size beds. Our single bed set laundry service includes a bed sheet, a duvet cover and a pillow case, while our double and king bed set services include a bed sheet, a duvet cover and two pillow cases.
All items processed within this service are washed and pressed and will be returned packaged and placed inside an ihateironing bag.
FAQs
What does a service wash consist of?
Any item given for service wash will be washed at 30°C/40°C, tumble dried on low heat and neatly folded (if you want any of your items to be pressed, please keep them separated from the items for service wash, as they will be individually invoiced).
Can you clean any kind of stains?
We clean all stains, however, this does not guarantee full removal of the stain. To give us the best opportunity of removing stains, please inform us what originally caused it, as the stain removal product may vary in accordance with this additional information.
Can you clean any kind of items?
We certainly try to clean any items. Please note, some items including leather, velvet, suede and fur require a specialist clean, which may take up to two weeks and may cost more.
Can I trust you with my clothes?
Absolutely, we will ensure any and all of your requirements are adhered to. We are also guided by the manufacturer’s care label on all garments, which confirms the best practice to use during the cleaning process. If a care label is missing, you can trust our cleaners with years of experience to treat your items safely.
Are you insured against damage?
Yes, ihateironing insures 15 times of the price of the clean of the item so you can have complete peace of mind when using our service.
Where are the items cleaned?
Your items will be taken to the Cleaning Centre closest to your area.
How soon can you pick up and delivery my laundry?
We can come to your doorstep in as little as one hour’s notice to pick up your laundry. Our on demand express service means we can professionally clean and return your items in 24 hours or less, exactly when you need it. If certain items require more time due to the nature of their material, fabrics, or pleating, we’ll be sure to be in touch as soon as possible to let you know.
