How do I know the best way to clean my items?
Each item has its own care label from the manufacturer confirming the best cleaning process. You can refer to the care label on the items or, if you are not sure, you can trust the years of experience of our dry cleaning experts. You do not need to specify this during the order placement process.
How long will it take to clean my items?
You can check our availability in your area using the address field above. Please note, some items may take longer to clean: these items are marked with an info icon in the price list above. If we require a bit of extra time to ensure your items are cleaned exceptionally well, we will swiftly notify you via email and text.
Where do I let you know my service requirements?
Please leave a note on your order on the confirmation screen once it's successfully booked in, or through our mobile app prior to placing your order.

Are my items insured?
Our expert dry cleaners will follow the manufacturer's care label on all garments, which confirm the best practice to use during the cleaning process. If a care label is missing, you can trust our expert cleaners with years of experience to treat your items safely, following any and all of your requirements in the process. On the very rare occasion and item is damaged or lost, all items are insured by ihateironing so you can have complete peace of mind when using our service - you can review our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Is there anything I need to do before my collection?
Please remove any collar stiffeners and cuff links from shirts and ensure you empty any pockets before giving us your items.
How should I pack my items for collection?
Please put your clothes in a plastic bag for the first collection. We are unable to take responsibility for bags we are given, however, we will provide you with one of our luxury ihateironing laundry bags for future collections.
What if I'm not in during my scheduled time-slot?
Please let us know if for whatever reason you are unable to attend your scheduled collection or delivery, either through amending your order online or by contacting us directly. We'll send out a reminder 1 hour before your scheduled time-slot allowing you to notify us of any last-minute changes.
