What if I have special requirements?
We are happy to adhere to any requirements you may have. To let us know, simply leave a note when placing an order through the app. Alternatively, you can also let our drivers know upon collection, or call our Customer Care team.
I can’t find my item in the price list above, can you clean it anyway?
If you can’t find your item in the pricing list above, we may still be able to clean it. Simply call our Customer Care team and they will be happy to find out if we can clean your item, and how much it will cost.
Can alterations be made on my leather jacket?

How long will it take to clean my goods?
Leather, fur and suede require specialist equipment and the utmost care, so please allow at least 2 weeks for your items to be processed.
Can I trust you with my clothes?
Through years of experience, our partners have accumulated immeasurable knowledge in this field. So when they are cleaning your goods, you can be rest assured they will only utilise the best practices. This is usually guided by the manufacturer’s care label, but in the event that this label is missing, our cleaners will use their understanding to ensure your garments receive the utmost care regardless.
Are you insured in the event of damage?
Although damage is very unlikely, ihateironing insures at 15 times the price of the clean so that you can have complete peace of mind when using our services.
How soon can you clean and deliver my leather, suede, and fur items?
Due to their more delicate nature, leather, suede, and fur items can require more time for cleaning. Please leave at least 2 weeks between collection and delivery. If any items require extra time or care, our Customer Care Team will be sure to be in touch as soon as possible to inform you.
