Meet Our Customer Care Team

Being on hand to answer your queries is one of our top priorities, and we have always been determined to build a team of amazing individuals who genuinely care about each and every customer.

Over the past months, we’ve been working hard to improve our response time while adding valuable support to our team.

I’m excited to introduce our entire Customer Care Team and the lovely individuals who are on hand to support and assist you every step of the way.

MANTRA: Do not do to others what you don’t want to be done to you.

PASSIONS: Reading, learning new things, and reading again 😛

WHY IHATEIRONING: It looked very professional and there was an amazing environment in which to work from the start. 

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF: I’m proud of the fact that I’ve been learning a lot since I’ve been here and how this job can sharpen your personality. It’s great to be part of a growing team and to have the opportunity to help the new team members as a Senior Customer care associate. 

INTERESTING FACT: I have a punch bag in my flat. 


MANTRA: I am becoming the best version of myself. I am growing smarter, wiser, and more enlightened.

PASSIONS: Traveling.

WHY IHATEIRONING: I was recruited haha. I was excited to join a start-up full of potential and growth.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF: I joined as an executive and am now a manager.

INTERESTING FACT: I lived in Japan for a year when I was 20.

MANTRA: Always be curious and ask questions to continue growing.

PASSIONS: My main hobby is travelling, I am trying to see at least one new place each year.

WHY IHATEIRONING: I chose ihateironing thanks to Oliver, who wouldn’t stop telling me how amazing it is here and due to the connection I had with Helen when I first met her. I am so lucky to be here, I am a people’s person and the team here is more than I could ask for.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF:  I am proud that I was able to fit in with this amazing team very quickly and that I was able to pass probation

INTERESTING FACT: I finished University while working full time


MANTRA: When you are being 100% yourself, your life will flow effortlessly and love will sparkle in your eyes.

PASSIONS: Helping people and putting a smile on someone’s face.

WHY IHATEIRONING: Because I believed in the concept and I knew I worked well with Matt, having worked closely together previously.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF: Growing the amazing Customer Care Team to 13 people and growing.

INTERESTING FACT: I always wanted to be an archaeologist when I was younger.

WHY IHATEIRONING: Incredibly clever business model plus inclusive and caring team mentality.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF: Regularly learning how to expand boundaries and confidence when working on providing best outcomes for customers and IHI. I was lucky to travel with the role, both to New York and Brisbane 🙏

INTERESTING FACT: I have a diploma in herbal medicine.

PASSIONS: Trying to be as economical as possible.

WHY IHATEIRONING: Great work/life balance, lovely incentives and it just felt right.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF:Building relationships and getting on first name basis so quickly with a lot of our partners. I won a Virgin Experience by completing tasks for Customer Care Bingo!

INTERESTING FACT: I used to compete and win medals in martial arts competitions as a child and young teen.

MANTRA – You only get out of life what you put into it.

PASSIONS – Movies/TV shows and gaming.

WHY IHATEIRONING: I was initially drawn in by the website. After learning more about the role and meeting the team, I knew IHI was something I wanted to be a part of.

AN ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU’RE PROUD OF: My time at IHI is still in the early stages but passing my probation and becoming a permanent member of this wonderful team has certainly been a highlight for me.

INTERESTING FACT: I do not have a sense of smell!


MANTRA: A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.
