HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH IHATEIRONING?
To place your order, simply enter your postcode and your desired time slots above or through our ihateironing app. Our door to door delivery service means all we need is a one-hour’s notice, and we’ll be at your doorstep exactly when you need us.
HOW DO IHATEIRONING’S LONDON DRY CLEANERS COLLECT MY CLOTHES?
Our friendly drivers will arrive within your chosen timeslot to take your laundry off your hands in our premium ihateironing’s bags. Your items will then go to one of our London cleaning centres, where our experienced professionals will take care of your garments. Afterwards, your clothes will be returned to your door folded or hung and ready to wear.
WHAT DRY CLEANING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer professional dry cleaning for your valuable garments, as well as stain-removal, service wash laundry, ironing only, clothes alterations, wedding dress cleaning and packaging, shoe cleaning, household textile cleaning and duvet and bed linen laundry.
SHOULD I SEPARATE MY LAUNDRY?
If you’re opting for our London laundry service, we recommend separating your whites from your colours in separate bags. If you want more than one service, please separate items by category: dry clean, wash and press, press only, service wash (wash, tumble dry and fold).
DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY LAUNDRY DELIVERY IN LONDON?
If you’re especially pressed for time, we can collect and deliver on the same day for orders picked up before 10am.
DO YOU HAVE NEXT DAY LAUNDRY DELIVERY?
For most dry cleaning and laundry orders, we can return your items in as little as 24 hours, ready to wear whenever you need them.
ARE YOU OPEN NOW?
We have flexible timeslots for busy diaries, including evenings and weekends. We operate from Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 8:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 7:00pm.
