Prepare your Items and Book the Order

The Items

For the Mystery Shopper Order to be valid, you need to send:

1. At least 1 item for cleaning AND ironing to be delivered back on hanger
2. At least 1 item for cleaning AND ironing to be delivered back folded (you need to specify which items you want to have folded in the “requirements” section)
3. All the other items must be for cleaning but not necessarily for ironing (e.g. Service Wash)

Items/services that can’t be part of the mystery shoppers order are:

When booking the Order:

1. Make sure you are using the account registered with the same email we contacted you on

2. Select a collection date that is between 2 and 5 working days from the day you are placing the order

3. In the “requirements” section, specify which items you want to have folded, and don’t disclose you’re a mystery shopper

4. Reply to our mystery shopper email confirming that you’ve booked the order
