Once you submit the questionnaire our team will quality check it together with the videos and will issue the credit/process the refund within 5 working days.
Please note: credits will be applied right away, refunds may take up to 5 additional working days to reach you.
To make sure we can use your feedback and compensate you for it please ensure that:
- You are giving us items that can be accepted for the Mystery Shopper Order and clarify which ones you want folded
- The videos match the examples provided, include all the items with and without packaging and are clear, in focus and with good light
- You follow all the requirements detailed in this guide
- You don’t disclose to anyone that you are doing a mystery shopper order (other than the contacts mentioned in this guide)
We may not be able to compensate you otherwise.
