HOW DOES IHATEIRONING'S SPECIALIST ITEMS CLEANING WORK?
Our friendly drivers come straight to your door to collect your valuables from you, taking them to the nearest cleaning centres near you to be processed by our professionals. Your items will be carefully inspected and cleaned according to their care label.
We can clean most designer items, offering jacket dry cleaning to high-end designer pieces such as Moncler, Canada Goose, Burberry, The North Face and similar. With years of experience in the industry, our master cleaners have the tools and expertise to properly take care of designer goods that require high quality cleaning and restoration.

How long does it take to dry clean designer items from Burberry, Moncler, Canada Goose, and The North Face?
Due to the greater complexity in the cleaning process and usage of specialist equipment, please allow at least 48 hrs for your items to be processed. If we require more time to clean your designer goods, our Customer Care Team will always be in touch.
What if I have special requirements?
We can happily fulfil any needs you may have. Simply leave a note when placing an order through the app, call our Customer Care team, or simply let our experienced drivers know upon collection. Whichever suits you best.
I can’t find my item in the price list above, can you clean it anyway?
Don’t worry, we may still be able to help. Get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will be happy to find out if we can clean your item, as well as how much it would cost.
Can I trust you with my clothes?
We only partner with the best in the industry, who have accumulated years of experience in the field. This means that the specialist cleaners will always use the best practice during the cleaning process, as guided by the manufacturer’s care label on the garments. In the event that the care label is missing, our cleaners will use their expert judgements to ensure your items receive the utmost care.
Are you insured in the event of damage?
In the unlikely event of damage, ihateironing insures up to 15 times the price of the clean, so you can have complete peace of mind when using our services.
Can alterations be made on my designer goods?
