Mystery Shoppers Guide (USA)

There are 4 essential steps you need to follow (details at the bottom):

1. Ensure the items you are going to give can be part of the Mystery Shopper order
2. Book the order and send the confirmation email
3. On the day of collection, answer questions about it
4. On the day of delivery:
   • Take and send videos of the items
   • Complete the questionnaire

What’s in it for you

If your videos and questionnaire pass our quality control, you’ll receive either a $40 refund on your order OR $50 credit to use on future orders: your preference can be selected at the end of the questionnaire.
